Any trouble with your scheduled e-mail tasks?
For those of you who have a scheduled email task associated with our tools, here are some things to check when troubleshooting an issue:
Did the email fail for one person or for everyone?
If it failed for one person, is the person’s email address correct in the scheduling software?
Do you have a set of rules or criteria that is used to determine if the email is to be sent to an individual or group of individuals? If so, is that rule being met causing the email to not go out?
