Existing Crew Management & Qualifications Software does not display all pertinent information on a single page. This results in crew resources personnel, constantly monitoring daily crew activities, qualifications, expiring documents and printing a separate report for each activity.
Crew Schedulers must print separate, multiple reports to monitor crew’s activity multiple times throughout the shift with significant yearly costs in terms of manpower, materials & capital, not to mention the loss of revenue as flights must be delayed or cancelled due to inefficient crew modifications.
Crew Training Personnel have two key areas of concern, Simulator Training & Ground Events. which typically need to be scheduled well in advance, and monitoring of required medical examinations, license renewals, line checks, passport renewals, CKS Hours, and Hi-Mins Hours, which must all be kept current. Crew Planning and Management typically do not have a way to quickly and visually evaluate how their planned operation fared in the actual schedule. As well as a one-screen view to identify crew related shortages.
